I've been told "the $xxx was for my time and presence, if you want activity it will cost you extra."
This is called upselling and it does still happen. It happened to me a few months ago in Amsterdam. I visited one of the well-known sex clubs there. I called in the afternoon, and was quoted one all-inclusive price. Of course once I arrived and selected a lady, I was told that the price was nearly 40% higher than what I had been told. I had the cash on hand, and agreed. Then I was told that the initial donation covered only the standard Amsterdam "suck or fuck" (one round of BJ or missionary). Anything else you have to pay extra!!!.

I called for outcall to my hotel as a newbie. Escort w/ driver showed at my door! I stupidly paid w/ credit card so they had my real ID and CC info.
