if you (or she) ends up in the same room with LEO...  you are just as busted.  A few states might try solicitation charges based solely on advertizing but it's not so easy to get a conviction.  Many states do not accept advertizing as evidence.    
BTW:  If disclaimers "Not An Offer of Prostitution" have any value (in states where advertizing is accepted as evidence) it is superceded by an actual face to face offer so is still meaningless if the other party is a LEO.

Why do some providers, especially agency providers use real pictures of their faces.It could obviously affect future employment into other fields of work. With new facial recognition software it takes LE no time to find out the true identities of the providers.

and they feel that showing their face helps out with getting clients, which I think is true for me in any case.

So, they feel there is little to lose, and much to gain.

all they need to bust you is a copy of your ad and for you to show up.  that is it and you are busted.
