After waiting for over two hours, even after I'm told she was on her way... A no show. Texted another girl I've seen a lot! SHE won't let me down! 'Hey, are you playing tonight?' Got a response 'Yes! I can leave in 20 minutes'. Wow! Great! Almost two hours later she hadn't even left yet... Anyway here is what I'm (jokingly) getting at. When I go to an incall, I try like hell to be early and then sit in the parking space or park a few blocks away until about 5 minutes before the appointment. Then send the text. We (I) as the customer want to make sure we are getting the whole hour and I don't want to be late! Plus it's just rude.
But when I have outcall appointments to my place the provider is rarely if ever on time! Why? I just don't get it. Now I probably would never have posted this here but after last night I'm just so frustrated. How can we get our wonderful ladies to be on time?
Now here is where the 'jokingly' comes into play... Let's say the provider is charging $400 for the hour... That's $100 for 15 minutes... So, if she is 15 minutes late that would be $100 off for the hour session. Now that would help give them incentive to be on time too! (How many times are they over an hour late and it's not gonna be free!)
Now remember... I'm only just joking because I know it would never work and I know you ladies out there do an amazing job and many of you balance a very busy life schedule. Last night really sucked and I just wish my efforts to be on time were reciprocated...

Best I can suggest is focus on finding providers who are better at showing up on time and once you do give them your repeat business. It also helps if you have some flexibility in your schedule.
I think some providers are late because they believe it will heighten your level of anticipation.

It would annoy me,
I did pay for performance with a girl I see many times for extended visits. She always showed up late or texted during our encounter and left at what of would been the 2 hour mark but was 90 minutes since she couldn't tell time or had to be some where. I started to deduct $75/ 15 minutes. Then She started showing up on time and texting stopped. Good regular clients are hard to find. Any girl knows that and I sure do. If they don't understand time, they understand money. Might be a dick move but so is shorting someone.
Anticipation peaks precisely at the scheduled time. Goes down fast from there. Just like a hard-on!
A few minutes of heightening your anticipation is one thing. Two hours late is quite another.
I did have a (her hotel) incall once who was late arriving at the hotel, but she texted me and warned me, asked if it still worked, and offered to reschedule if needed. She ended up being close to an hour late, but it still worked for both of us and we had a good time. What she did *right* was communicate well. Had she done that without keeping me posted (and we're talking 3 or 4 texts to let me know what was going on, over the course of 90 min or so), she'd have come off my faves list for sure.
Of lets say if it was a 1 hour meeting for 7 pm. They show up at 730pm... they better stay until 830 if they want the full amount. If they stay until 8 pm they better not expect the full amount.

By that I meant to have a few sessions.
I expect people to show on time. Shit happens, and I'm not a dick about it. HOWEVER, as anyone will tell you, I am impeccable with my time, so my expectation is reasonable. Also, I don't assume that every client wants to stay over the time, either. Other people have shit to do.
Providers: Treat clients with love and respect, and they will come back. I know this, because I've done it successfully for four years.
