Have white lists that definitely help speed up the process.. Perhaps no one is available. Don't stop trying... the right one is out there! ;) I stay up late :) XOXO

because it's hard to screen a person late evening for an appt that same evening....especially on a Saturday night.

+1! How many days in a row does this guy think he can contact last minute/same day for an appointment for 30 minutes to an hour from contact?!?! I'm just saying, at least get prescreened for your next "in the heat of the moment" scheduling.  Would save yourself a bunch of hassle!  ;)   just my 2 cents.
