   I think it's just a change of scenery!! I visit NY from London every few months because I just love American men. Particulary the filthy Latin types which we're sadly lacking in back home...;o) I'm normally choca block in NY, no time for nightlife but it's ok as the best parties are in my bedroom anyway!!! I go to other various countries for the same reason, and though I am not as busy, I see it as a very sexy holiday! yum yum....;o)

Quite often even a provider with fabulous reviews will have their business become stagnant in their home region. A short junket to another venue can spark both business as well as new reviews that will spark renewed interest both at home as well as other hobby rich regions.

A girl can travel to another city and work a bit, and have her "vacation" paid for. Plus, with a website, I often get requests from other cities asking me to visit. Once the interest in big enough I add that city to my travel schedule.

In addition to those already listed above, a few other reasons might include-

The providers home town suddenly has more attention on the Hobby than anything else that is happening in the town (*the provider might not feel like taking the risk of playing there any longer..... this is usually known as letting the town cool off*)

The provider has worked herself into a position in her hometown community, in another professional field, that makes it no longer worth the risk to work in her hometown without risking her anonymity. Some providers have never worked in their hometown and have always just toured..... that way they are certain of not running into a client while in public places.

Different cities have different amounts of donation that are acceptable..... however, some of these cities (*that have higher rates*)  aren't capable of supporting a provider full time, so she tours there and returns ever month or so.
