Am I able to post in this site somewhere?
I do not yet understand how this all works... I am a new PDX provider and am curious where I am able to post myself? May I do so here? Anywhere else that you would recommend??? I appreciate any input

First, you are most welcome to participate in the discussions on this board. However, I expect you are really asking, "where can I post my ad?"
TER does not have a Portland board. Still you have a couple of options!
There is always the "Other Cities" board.
Another possibility is the Seattle regional board. I visited Seattle a couple of years ago, and remember that the posts on the board seemed to be more Pacific NW, rather than Seattle specific. Today I receivied verification from TheMealTicket, the mod of the Seattle board, that PDX ads are welcome.
