But seriously, I have invested time/$$$/effort with ladies that don't advertise FS (i.e., your body rub girls) and found some rewards, even an occasional diamond in the rough, as well as other ladies where all that didn't pan out and I moved on.

I've seldom seen non-FS providers. If I were to see one, it would be based on her non-FS menu, etc. However, if I had reason to think FS might be available in the future for a given provider, that would influence my decision on whether or not to see her vs someone else.

If you have a non-FS provider that you really like, you should just ask her, respectfully, if FS is ever an option and if so, if she might be comfortable with a FS date with you in the future. If you have seen her once or twice and she knows you are respectful, follow her rules, and can be trusted, there is no harm asking about the availability of FS. Sounds like sort of a blend of the PUA world and the hobby world. I certainly understand the ego part of enticing them to beyond their normal lines. But even the best PUA strike out more than they succeed. I just wouldn't enjoy so much effort.

I do like massage, but therapeutically, to loosen tense muscles. Having that done by someone in a sweat suit is less costly and doesn't get me unnecessarily riled up.
