"Rip N Roll" website is good place to start your research... buying condoms has turned into a situation similar to choosing cereal at a supermarket - the choices are overwhelming.

Looking for recommendations for condoms that allow the best sensitivity. Brands, type (latex, polyurethane, sheepskin), etc.

All condom makers make condoms that are ultra thin for extra sensitivity.

However, I DO NOT recommend sheepskin.  Sheepskin condoms, while they prevent pregnancy, are not effective in protecting you from STDs.

Also some gentlemen find the Reality "female condom" to be a great alternative to traditional condoms.

You surely do not want to use sheepskin, no protection from STDs. Personally I really like the Japanese condoms, such as Crown.

"Crown" is the only one for me. This is the condom that a lot of porn stars use. It is really thin and strong and gives you the most sensitivity. I remember the first time I used on on a session, I came too fast. haha.

If you are well hung though, you might find it on the tight side.

It's a Japanese condom brand but it's made in Thailand(probably popular in BangCock too, haha). Go figure...

I agree with those saying Crown - the silver wrapper with blue writing Crown Skinless Skins are thin, have great heat transfer and lack that latex smell. Providers say it has no flavor too for the occasional oral in between positions when you need to get hard enough again.  Usually you have to buy these online. They do not fit guys who are on the thick side (will be too tight) but if they work for you they are the best!
