Confused on this...

I submitted a review and it comes back delisted provider. I don't see her on any other profiles, so I am confused if I did something wrong or the provider in question is not allow on here.

These are ladies who have had reviews, but for one reason or another, they are no longer viewable.

In most cases this is done at the provider's request.  Ladies retire and don't need their phone ringing off the hook.  Others might have family, job, life concerns and need to keeep a low profile.  There are others who simply don't like being reviewed. If they contact Staff, their profile and reviews will be set to innactive.

There are also cases where providers are delisted due to misconduct.   Providers can't submit their own reviews, nor can they have their SO, pimp, business partner, brother, etc submit a review.  This behavior can also cause a provider to be delisted.

Wow, I thought this thread didn't make it. Its been acouple days now since i did that..lol Anyways, the update is the provider sent a email to get relisted but no luck as of yet. They won't give me much info.

I approved your post the first time I saw it, and within minutes posted my reply.  I don't know why it took 2 days to get to my approval list.  My apologies.

Now back to the subject.  The details of a provider getting relisted is between her an TER.  I'm not surprised you're not getting much info.

I think a lady has a right for their phone number not to be listed or any other direct contact information.

However a profile should still be kept on the lady in case they popup. I think its retarded if a lady uses their own personal phone for this business anyway, or any other identifying means of communication.

There should at least be a section for delisted providers, with no contact info. Something! If all of these reviews are "fictional" what difference does it make if no identifying information besides a "stage name" is used???

Suppose a lady is getting horrible reviews because of sucky service, you mean to tell me she can just ask to be delisted and guys will still get suckered in?

Ladies who decide to leave the hobby (in other words retire) should be given a clean break.

Ladies who want to stay under the radar should be allowed her wishes, and not receive unwanted attention.

BTW, these are the 2 of the 3 most common reasons for a provider to be delisted.

The 3rd?  TER determines that she has had fraudulant reviews posted, either by herself or friends.

Remember, when a provider is delisted, she is toatally separated from TER.  Not only is her profile deactivated, but also her userid.  She can't post, she can't advertise, she can't be discussed, she can't be reviewed, etc.  In other words, she can't receive any benefit from this site.  If a provider with a poor track record decides to opt out, so much the better for all.

If provider with a good track record chooses to come back, great!  The profile is reactivated.  But in the meantime, unless you know her history, as far as TER is concerned, she is unknown, and you are at best TOFTT.

I know this is an older thread, but I agree with RonIron.  At least there should be a listing with a reason for delisting. That might speak volumes about certain providers without going the TOFTT route.

Why a lady is delisted is between her and TER, and usually is her choice.

When she is delisted, she is also banned from the boards.  So being a non person in reviews, and no longer able to advertise on TER, a careful TER hobbyist is not rissking a TOFFT experience!!!

what if her brother was a client?  I know, I think it's weird too, but it's not my place to judge...right?

But Fletchie, I wasn't advocating.  It's just that if a guy paid to boink his sister, he should be able to review her.

And we call that incest...NAAASSSTTTYYY.

Is it reviewable?

For the record, I don't have a sister, so this is idle curiousity mixed with people egging me on.

Sorry, in this case, it is safest for me to tow the TER party line.

Number 11 on the Review Guidelines -

Reviews cannot be submitted by the provider (self review) or submitted by anyone directly related to the provider (husband, brother, roommate, other provider, etc). Review cannot be submitted from the provider's computer.  The profile will be delisted if caught.
