I am really hating TER right now......I got a new review of someone who obviously didn't see me......all the info was copied from my 1st review (of whom I haven't seen either).....plus all the info was wrong.....price, haven't done outcall,that i only massage, etc..........Someone please tell me since TER isn't how do they make sure someone reviewing you has actually seen you?????????????? This review is totally false and it is not fair for anyone to write anything about you on here.............
At the top of you review profile, and each of your reviews there is the "Report a Problem" button. This the first place to inform TER something is wrong.
Does the profile list your correct email address? In addition to writing the problem report, send an email to [email protected] from that address, linking the profile/reviews in question.

Fake reviews happen all the time, no system is perfect. Jazz has the best advice, if you do not get proper results, post it on your Regional Board and have them and your friends send a letter to staff. That always seems to work. Good luck!
TER is only a vehicle to provide feedback on providers from clients, and like all things, is subject to being misused by some, not all of the reviewers. As indicated above, just report the false review, and better yet, report the handle of the false reviewer on the provider only board.
