I don't know if a provider 'needs' to know your situation.
However, she may appreciate your honesty and forthrightness if you disclose.
Plus, with the disclosure out of the way, you'll have some peace of mind and
be better able to enjoy your time with the lady. Sharing intimate information
like that may enhance your experience. Good luck!

I've been taking meds for prostate issues and with V there are no problems there and the climax is the same but there is little if an cum in the process. Providers seem to not mind (less clean up...) but I'm wondering if it is best to inform them prior to activities starting or just let things play out. Don't want to ruin the mood or anything but don't want there to be any surprises either.

Also, docs say this is how it will be. Any counter experiences or other remedies out there? Like I said, the clima for me is the same except that rush of fluid exiting was part of it as well so not feeling a complete release.

in general, being very well hydrated helps to build up semen volume.  It's also very good for your internal organs in general.  Eating walnuts also helps to build up the semen's consistency.

Doesn't cost much to try it and see

walnuts too. Maybe I can sprinkle some crushed walnuts on my diced pineapple?

On the lack of volume. Usually, the second pop will be quite small. I don't mention that I take Flomax unless they comment, and then just so they don't think it's them, rather than me.

I haven't had a second pop yet this century.
Don't think it's gonna happen.

... works for me, 20 mg. Cialis never had much effect but Viagra was okay. Levitra though  has been my remedy of choice.

Sorry, this was meant for the next item on the board. Oops!

it is common to have no or little ejculation as a result of prostate problems involving the bladder neck or blocking seminal vesicles.

I have a benign cystic growth near me seminal vesicle, and it often shifts to block ejaculation, Orgasm is still great, but ejaculation is little if any when tat happens.

The benefit of no ejaculation is that I can stay hard a long, long time without the prolacticin letdown that creates a refractory period.

The downside is that some gaals find the ajaculation itself very exciting/stimulating.

Similarly, retrograde ejaculation (where semen is ejaculated "in reverse" into the bladder) is common after prostrate surgery.

There are many who share your issue or a similar one. Do not let it interfere with your enjoyment of sex.

As a positive, cleanup is easy, and gals that don't swallow often will.

Look on the bright side

Agree.  I do NOT have prostrate problems, but several years ago my doc had me on floxmax.  Found I could still have orgasms, but no ejaculation.  Finally ran out of the prescrip and found that without it I'm back enjoying both the o and ejaculation.  In fact, thanks to a little prostrate massage last week from a provider coupled with a hand massage, I really exploded.  Even she was a bit surprised or at least acted surprised which made me feel good.

on alpha-1 blockers experience some degree of ejaculatory impairment, whether anejaculation, retrograde ejaculation or reduced ejaculation. I found that I could shift my dose timing a bit and increase the frequency and volume of ejaculation. Works for me.

I'm betting there are many guys on alpha blockers for urinary symptoms that don't realize they can vary dose and timing to restore or improve ejaculatory function.

I took one recommendation made here and modified my dosage. I stopped taking my meds a couple days before an appointment and things were near normal. Started back that night and then tried again another time. Good results. Seems to work for me to just stop the meds for a day or two and get a good flow. Thanks for the tip...
