It's Kegel EXERCISES for the Pubococcygeal MUSCLE group...

The exercise to strengthen the pubococcygeal (pronounced "pube-oh-cock-see-GEE-ul" but more often abbreviated as just "PC") muscle group, present in both men AND women, is named after Arnold Kegel, M.D., a suburban Los Angeles gynecologist who develpoed it during the late 1940s and early 1950s. Both genders report a number of sexual benefits from having stronger PC muscles.

But to answer your question, yes, I do know of someone who has this trait. The lovely Sierra of Las Vegas has excellent muscle tone, all over, as well as specifically in her PC muscles. Enjoy!

A better question to ask may be any providers that don't have strong kegel muscles ... from what I've been told it's part of being a good provider .....
