Hooker #1 gives Hooker #2 a ride to see a client. Hooker #2 walks into a sting and is arrested for misdemeanor prostitution. Hooker #1 waited for her and was arrested for felony promotion of prostitution. The rational was since she knew that Hooker #2 had an appointment for prostitution, she was guilty of promotion by making sure the appointment happened.
