there are a lot of low cost providers when cops place there adds then it get in paper that got some poor soe tring to get laid for 20 buck how do there expext him to pay 1000 fine.
that is obiviously too good to be true. I believe the majority if "johns" don't know about or use TER. Funny how guys who have been ripped off THEN become TER members...
