Just wait till after you're getting relaxed and then mention it to her.

I once had a client who had the same situation, except it was just one testicle.  That's when he told me.

Believe me, you're much more self-conscious about it than anyone else is!  Promise.

This will be my first time with a provider. I have already been in contact with the provider, I have been pre-screened and I am just trying to coordinate a date with her. Here is my question........I had testicular cancer and both of my testicles were removed. Everything else works but I have no testicles, just an empty sack. I am VERY self conscious about this and don't quite know when or how to discuss it with the provider. Should I wait until we meet and talk to her about it then or should I discuss it with her before we meet. This particular provider is very short and to the point on the phone and does seem to want to talk about a lot of detail. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Discussing any intimate details over the phone before you actually meet a provider is definitely not cool. There will be plenty of time for that after you meet and she becomes more comfortable with you. And as Misty said, you are probably much more concerned about it than she will be.
