Relaxing today MSNBC Sex Slaves - Chicago came on TV. Now I try not to watch because of how I feel about women and their rights to do as they please with their bodies, but I heard the word "children" through the whole show. The fact that they keep mentioning that they are trying to save children but the only people I see being booked we're, older ladies (25-30).
I think they use "children" as a scapegoat to prosecute people in the industry. How hard is it to believe that some women ACTUALLY enjoy the sex work and should be criminalized when consenting adult have agreed for this arrangement?

Where they tell you that it is all "for the children" but they define "children" as anyone who is younger than 21 years old, including soldiers who died fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, and of course they counted one of the Boston Marathon bombers as a child who was a victim of gun violence, after that guy was shot by the police.

They get to play cat and mouse with largely defenseless citizens, rub elbows with hookers, watch embarrassed johns squirm as they realize in many cases that their lives are being ruined, and brag that they are upholding Important Moral Principles (well, Important in some countries, but not even in parts of the USA, and certainly not in large parts of the world).
Whenever the puritan control freaks want to piss in your cornflakes they haul out the old "Save the Children" routine. I can't think of a provider that I've seen under 27 years old. Sometimes I think the only people interested in shutting down this hobby are radical feminists and religious lunatics. The criminal justice system likes to get you caught in their gear wheels because that's how they get their rocks off. Maybe at the end of the day, they might even make an appointment with someone who knows the provider you got busted with.

Agreed. They say "Children" to mislead the Media and make it one more "Notch" on their belt to be able to arrest women who are doing this independently, with no pimp, no drugs etc.
