I would like to arrange a sensual massage for my wife, I will be present but not participating. Would I be charged a single rate or couple rate?
. . . if I see a couple, regardless of who's doing what, I increase my donation amount by half because I'd imagine that oftentimes the man will end up becoming "involved".

I agree...as for the man normally ends up involved so I do charge a fee but it is not a set rate...couple rates depend on circumstances.
If you are only interested in a sensual massage for your wife and you will only be present, I think you will find most providers will only charge you for the single rate.
