I agree to hold off on the wanking for awhile, but no alchohol? Because nervousness is an issue for many of us while visiting a provider, I find that a drink or two before helps to relax. I would think that's pretty typical. What do the rest of you guys think?

Sounds like you have a good feel for your own body so this probably is something that you already know....

The other side of holding off for a few days (or whatever frequency is most applicable to you) is releasing the hounds pronto.  Not sure if that is a worry for you.  Oh to be 17 where reloading is equivalent to free refills at the local 7/11....
