what Would You Do If Your Favorite Agency Was Shut Down?

After using them for a year a couple times per month, let's say your agency is shut down by LE.

What would you do to protect yourself?

How would you engage with an agency next time to reduce your exposure?

Other than that, I don't really see what, if anything else I would do.

LE is unlikely to go after you/me for a simple solicitation charge that could never stick without corroborating testimony, and I am nowhere near dumb enough to confess to anything.

Oh yeah, I guess I would have to find a new agency.

There's nothing you can do to protect yourself, but you can do a few things before using agencies to help...

One would be the classic, only use burner phones to talk to agencies.  A phone with no record to lead back to you means they can't find you to ask questions.

Also communicate with an email address not attached to a real address or name.

Doing those alone helps quite a lot and means you don't have much risk from an agency bust.

Most agencies are also pretty careful about storing information though and a bust should not yield much.

Don't speak to anyone about it. If LE contacts you get a lawyer and take the 5th.

New focus is on pimps AND JOHNS, and treat prostitutes as victims.  Based on the Swedish model where selling sex is legal but buying it s illegal.  Many states are adopting a variation of this and focus more on prosecuting pimps and johns rather than the hookers.  The prostitutes are treated as victims and have a lot of incentive to cooperate.
Follow the good advice here and don't leave any trails leading back to you.

I think a lot of girls on the west coast are still mourning the closure of SFRB. I was in the hospital when I heard the news and all I could say is "NO!" Not because I wasn't able to post there but the security I believed I had when I used them. I can see the affect of it being closed down. So girls weren't able to recover from it and had to find other means and some built a name for themselves so the closure hasn't affect them much. I think when you spend time with a certain company and they sudden;y close down there's a moment of mourning and then on to the next.
