Tipping is not required, but always appreciated.

Especially at AMP's. After all the rate is so cheap, for me it depends on the level of service and if you plan on returning.

Most donations in AMP is 200. is there additional tipping involved? if so, what is the norm?

That all depends on what is involved and also what the house fee is. Many places charge an up front house fee 60 to 80 is probably an average and then you go from there. In some the provider simply quotes you a price up front which if in the range you specified is FS but the house isnt getting it all. I will tip higher if the house fee is lower end and vice versa. I kind of feel that 200 should be on the high end average for an amp with no further gift.

I have been to a few AMP in the past and have never tipped. This business is expensive enough without having to shell out more money. Period. I see mostly independent ladies and my feeling is that our time together is a pure business transaction. I assume what I am charged covers the ladies time, hotel room, expenses and of course she is entitled to make a profit. If she is not making enough money than either she should charge more or she needs to reduce her overhead. Why anyone tips is beyond me.

the size of the tip should reflect your feelings about the quality of the service you received.
