Splunge is correct, there is nothing wrong with asking what the rate is, I just usually say something like 'I did not see the rate posted, what would it be for one hour. Many times an hourly rate will be posted and I will still ask what is the rate for 1 1/2 hours.
Just be careful not to ask anything stupid, like I see the rate but is it extra for a blow-job? Now you are asking what is the rate for a sexual favor, not just for her time.
Im looking at a agency, but it seems they bring in new girls and the rates vary on TER. Rates are not posted on the agency site itself.... How do I go about asking what the donation will be? I am worried that someone will stop by and quote me something more than I thought. I would like, if possible, to get this info before even setting up an appointment. I also want to avoid LE obviously, so I would like to know if there is a "safe" way to ask.
If they don't tell me during the call I ask. I'm paying for her time only, so I don't ask about rates for anything other than the period of time I want to spend with her. That shouldn't spook a legitimate agency. They don't want misunderstandings over the fee either.

Worst case she will refer you to her website etc which you will get you answer from.
