It used to be that we had great photo theme thread participation. I remember a few HOT 4th of July pics and how we men looked forward to every Wednesday. How can we forget Christmas in 2012? Yeah, and lucky Santa (Dr Bud). I linked to it because it's a great memory. My point is that we had some of the best theme pic threads on TER. I know things changed with the photo board but TER still does theme picture threads, like now with Valentines Day. I was looking today at other regional boards and realize I miss seeing the great pics of our very hot women here.
I know that the board has been hijacked by ass-hats lately, but I just want you ladies to know that many of us still like to see you post on theme threads and we miss seeing your great pictures!

I liked the pictures and various other posts but now they are scattered around. Things worked better when they were in one place.
located just above this thread is the Valentine theme thread for our board and as you see there are no posts. I have looked at several other of the more active regional boards, and ladies have posted pictures. I think in this instance, our local ladies are staying away because of the sour board dynamics. That's the feedback I'm getting. As we both know, that can change, but it takes time and effort.
My post was intended to remind the ladies that some of us really enjoy them posting their pictures on this board when there is a local theme thread.
In the last months very few if any of our local providers post their pictures on the photo board and I myself miss seeing them there.
Often times the only reference to Mn is a touring lady who will be visiting.

The Top 20 has changed a lot from even a year ago.
I really do miss the ladies posting pics. I do see that other places ladies post pics and the boards are more fun, at least up beat.
I have to point out that only TER can stop someone from posting unless the poster themselves chooses to do so. TER's not going to make the trolls go away. And in truth, neither are the rest of us. But that does not mean we should go away either. We can reply to the trolls, although I believe it is seldom useful to get into a flaming battle with them and often gives them the response they enjoy. We can also ignore them; don't reply to their posts. Continue with the rest of the conversation as if they weren't there. After all, it is not like they are actually in the same room with the people they are offending. The more reasonable posts that are made, the less the troll posts will appear to have influence.

+1. Ignoring or not reacting to trolls, excessive posters or flaming threads will change the culture of this board. All of these behaviors are disparate acts to seem relevant or matter. The hobby is supposed to be fun and an escape from civvie life. We all have had the "copy room guy"- 'makin' copies' who feels its necessary for themselves to weigh in on every topic (posted). The more you try to ignore them, the more obnoxious they become. Ignoring is the only successful tact to take. Don't feed the gremlins. They will go away or withdraw if no attention is paid to their postings.
You need a vacation bro? How about we take a trip and ignore the board for a while so jchan can get over his broken record posting and be happy when Vorlon takes over the biggest poster ever title? I don't think jchan and a lot of others can understand the concept of the "ignore" button so I'm afraid this is our last shot OTB...ya know, to save the board from people posting "excessively". That is a bad thing now, evidently. Let's ensure this board looks like it belongs in out state Iowa...crickets...

I have received feedback too...you and the rest of the party line are part right and part sadly mistaken. Bet you wished you knew the 360 degree truth.
But when it comes down to it...i find if funny you think providers even give a shit about a photo thread. There is obviously a reason they didn't post. What is HER reason for not participating? Provide HER opinion and prove it and I will start to listen...otherwise you are full of it and perpetuating the typical BS...I for one don't buy into it.
I guess having all the photos on one board makes it easier on the admins.
But I have to touch you in person. The things I really want to say to you... well, you know.
