Your best bet is to pre-book with the lady (or ladies) you're interested in seeing before arriving in Vegas. There are also several PSEs who go to the show strictly for fan bookings - you may wish to email them and inquire if they're "working the show" or just meeting clients.
I saw Ava Devine about 6 weeks ago,in Las vegas.I just got my voice(and breath)back.I will write a report very shortly.However,as a brit with ill gotten gains to spend,it seems reasonable that they should be spent on famous porn stars.I'm told that several,whom I fancy, are 'unavailable' including Sana Fey,Sarenna Lee etc.I'm up for the challenge and can afford it!I'll be at AVN,although at CES also where one of my businesses has a stand(in the true meaning of the word!).My wife,who is a former European porn star,is also likely to be with me.

Just kidding. Sort of. I'll be at CES/AVN as well. I'm often told that it's the worst time to try to hook up with porn stars (available, unavailable or otherwise) because of their busy booth and party schedules. True? It's going to be tough being in the proximity of so many faves and not be able to be in even closer proximity.
Well,I met the woman I live with now(Ex Porn star)at that event,but briefly.We hooked (excuse the pun)up after the event in UK!However,I agree that AVN is somewhat of a shop window where porn stars need toi keep to schedules(but there are also several films made over the period as well!)
