nudity is illegal but so is having acrylic nails/long nails for a massage therapist. If LE was to see a massage clinic where the therapists had long nails, they would spend their time trying to bust the clinic even if the clinic stayed under the radar and didn't have reviews. You also have to constantly take classes .....never used my education due to it being too tedious with paperwork
So what is not legal in Mpls? Is it not legal to get a Body Rub from a provider that is nude? Is it illegal to be nude getting a body rub?? Sorry to be so naive . . . but I am? can anyone help?

I'd look up the statue for the city you'd be seeing her in as well as if MN has any State statues regarding massage.
Them I'd google the exact word/description in the legal jargon + the city and then w the State, MN. See what their defintion is. How they define the words written in law is key to knowing the law. It's all a matter of interpretation..;-
I lived in Mpls years ago before Phoenix (Richfield, St Louis Park, Edina).
Anyone offering massage or any type of body rub has to be State licensed with I believe 1000 hours of approved training. Can not be nude, bodies always have to be covered and of course nothing sexual.
However, YOU can give HER a nude massage since She is not paying YOU. Of course anything sexual is prostitution.
