Don't mention anything about payment in your reviews.

None of your activities with a provider are illegal (in most states). It is just the combination of payment with those activities that could be illegal. So, don't give any evidence of payment.

Does anyone else have my concern that my reviews could be used against me?  Or is it not sufficient enough for LE to pursue for a misdemeanor?  Could you always say that it was fiction?  I would like to hear other opinions.  Thanks

But to do that, they would have to subpoena TER's records, and those are in the Netherlands, so that's not going to happen.

Ergo, there is little to worry about on that score.

Thanks!  I was also thinking that there is reasonable doubt that someone's reviews are true or that they themselves wrote it.

As long as I stick to well reviewed ladies who are definitely are not minors, I figure that they would not jump through all those flaming hoops to convict someone for a misdemeanor conviction:-)

Thanks again

supporting evidence.

LE would still have to catch you in the act, or have an eye witness of some kind to bring a case.

(still not a lawyer)

The review is hearsay (an out-of-court statement which is introduced as proof of the matter asserted in the statement). Not admissible unless an exception (statement against interest, excited utterance, etc.) applies. While you might make a cogent argument for statement against interest, you'd first have to establish the truth of the events in the review, and have the review properly authenticated.

Not gonna happen, especially for a misdemeanor. Maybe for a felony, but there would have to be a lot at stake

While not admissible in Court without verification they are often piles of them in police cars when do stings.

Non US hosted sites not that hard to get info from due to treaty with almost all Western countries and
a "control person" can be served in the U.S.

laying the proper foundation for authenticity to make these admissible would almost assuredly be too costly for your average john bust.  Just sayin'.
