I have seen articles about guys getting busted at 23:30. A few years ago LE in Anne Arundel county, MD outed the hotel and some of their tactics. It was at 23:30 on a Friday. Take a look at the court records and you will see that the arrests are random. They bust folks when they can bust folks. I have seen court records for everyday of the week in various states. Vice is sneaky, that is why they are called vice.
not true i know people who were busted on a monday and a saturday. it happens any day of the week at any time.
