I don't really . . .

. . . care if there are misspellings or poor grammar.  As long as the email is respectful and sincere I'm satisfied.

Some people are dyslexic or just aren't as skilled verbally.

Occasionally I will read a post on an escort chat board that excoriates a potential client for a poorly worded and/or spelled email.  It's a shame too because many times the emails are perfectly fine regarding content; it's just that the provider is afraid of having Cleetus the Yokel show up barefoot because of the bad impression the email makes.

Now I know that you're probably nervous and all writing to an escort, especially if it's the first time; hell, even I still get nervous and I've done it a hundred times.

My point is that you should proof read your email and get help editing it.  I know that it may be a problem to confide in someone on such a delicate matter, but believe me, you will be much more successful in hobbying if you do so.

It is like the novel, Cyrano de Bergerac, the man who put the golden words in the mouth of his friend who didn't know how to woo his intended.

If there is an enterprising soul out there who has the time, he/she ought to consider setting up an editing business for hobbyist who are spelling and/or grammar challenged.

I'd do it for free if I had the time.  I just think it's a shame that so many otherwise fine hobbyist are missing out on a lot of fun for no good reason.

I agree with the sentiment and altruistic intent; but there are a lot of web sites and mall ads that are so horribly constructed it is obvious the comely lady in the pictures paid very little attention in their English composition classes.

My creator would be happy to help the literarily hapless. However; he being my muse would need certain mercenary compensations brought to bear.

MrFisher is a very nice guy. But I do have a quarrel with his overly-White Knight POV.  Mr.F, we don't want to raise a new generation of hobbyist pussies.  This kowtowing to a few snobby providers who deem one of us not worthy because of spelling and/or grammatical errors is a provider not worth seeing.

Write a short & sweet email detailing what you're looking for.  Don't be too explicit.  If you don't get the answers you're looking for, seek clarification.  If you're still not satified, look elsewhere.  And if a provider ever 'excoriates' you for your lack of written couth, tell her to
EXCORIATE THIS!  That will paint a clear enough verbal picture.

But if you actually saw some of the emails that hobbyist sent out to providers, yours would definately become sour.

Check out Megan's post on escort blogs (link to site below) and let me know what you think.

The point is, it's so unnecessary and such a shame to boot.

Most of these "bloggers" are latent misandrists who prefer to "excoriate" men rather than please them.

Again I contend that these self righteous mavens of misandry should get on some of their vapid sisters for posting web sites and ads that leave no doubt that they spent their school years concentrating on how to manipulate men with their various mucus membrane and precious little time with their spelling, syntax and grammar.

my envelope and all the words on the green backs are spelled correctly.  I did notice, however, that each bill is very explicit in claiming it's worth.  Yet I've never had a complaint from a lady about that!

OK, let's get real here, just be polite.  You don't have to grow larger man boobs or write like Dylan Thomas.

A little "cheese" in an envelope really help my email skills.  I can not imagine making a poor impression on a whore.

If my e-mail to a provider has a typo and she elect not to see me because of that, guess what?  Her loss and I have no interest in seeing her.

Is there anyway to moderate stupid dribble on this board?  This post by white knight fisher certainly qualifies for a moderation by anyone with a brain that understands that "typos" happen and that TER does not have a spell check feature and so it is more likely than not to happen to everyone of us.

Did you happen to notice that you misspelled a word in your second post?  That most DEFINITELY (get it?) makes you come off as a condescending and pompous ass.

Can you spell I R O N Y?

I am not criticizing anyone's writing per se.

Instead I am pointing out that there are providers, and I think a lot of providers, who won't see a client if their writing is the pits.

A simple spelling error is not the issue, and I do make many.  I'm not a good speller and I admit it.

However, when the form of a  message a man sends is just God-awful, I can only feel sad for him because he is handicapping is chances of seeing the woman he want to meet.

I just want to let people know that good writing can and will make it more likely to get that good response from the escort you desire to see; only that and nothing more.

I am truly sorry if I conveyed anything else.  That was not my intention.

I do not think that thehobbiest are required to have the literary skills of shakespere or Drummonds de Andrade or larry the cable guy for that matter.  I think the provider will see whom she she will based on her expenses.  In fact, the good ones see
who they want and abhor suck ups and candy asses!

I've been trying to get the little one at home to care more about school.  Now I can explain it's the key to getting laid.

Do you have some advice for how to get this past his mother???

nothing to do with the hobby.

Unfortunately, each leap in technology has decreased the quality of our written communication.  When you actually write with pen and paper, you have to think with each word and letter.  When you type on paper, errors can be corrected, but it is a hassle.

Today, with internet boards, and web based email, it is too easy to type away and make mistakes.  They usually don’t underline your spelling and grammatical errors.

Try composing your longer posts, or emails in which you hope to impress in MS Word, or another word processing program.  They will likely find and correct your written mistakes.  You can then cut and paste the text wherever you like.

Now if there was only a program that could have detected and corrected my early hobby mistakes!!!

The Noobie Mod (misspelling intended in this case).
