I lived in the southern metro and was always coming north. Now I'm always going south. But I'd rather drive a ways to a safer location than go to a close one that's more likely to be on LE's radar.
There is a huge, huge need for providers with incall locations that are north of Minneapolis. I'm not talking about Duluth or St Cloud. I'm talking Fridley, Blaine, Anoka, Coon Rapids, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove, etc.
Almost every single provider is in Minneapolis or St Paul or somewhere South of there. That's a long drive that most people on the North side want to avoid or simply can't make because of the time commitment to make the drive.
This leaves a huge area on the North side of the cities with nobody with an incall servicing those areas.
There is one provider with an incall that is not a hotel and that's near the roseville area. I won't mention the exact city. But that's it. One provider.
The above locations are close enough to the cities to still get business from the cities. This is a total win/win for someone to consider locating on the north side.

Both Victoria Sloan and Jillian Jackson have in calls in the North Metro. They are also fantastic women! That being said, I certainly wouldn't object to more, especially when driving from Duluth.
But I totally agree about filling that niche.
Even if having a full-time incall doesn't work for a provider, changing up the hotels and being in those northern areas a few days a week/month could make a lot of difference, both for the guys and for the ladies.

I wouldn't post and ad up yonder. If you have some gents that you know, are screened, ya seen em before and you want to provide a more convenient one time incall....go for it if you know a hotel that is a better than average option. Otherwise N Metro IMO is a no go.
I don't know why you guys think there is a lot of LE going on on the north side but there isn't. LE is going to concentrate where there is a lot of activity....like down by the mall. Not in an area where there is low activity. St Cloud has had some stuff going on but the cities I mentioned...very, very seldom.
You guys are just trying to scare the gals and keep them on the south side. Can't say as I blame you.

I'll put it out there this way. If any "elite" TER provider wants to spend the night hosting an incall in Friendly Fridley I will graciously cover your room cost (hell it's only like $54 with tax) just so I can sit in the parking lot and watch the shit show go down. Fridley not your thing? Ok, fine Anoka. I may just get my investment down to $48 + tax. Same shit show. I will not entertain the Brooklyn's on this deal though...everyone knows nothing good happens in the Brooklyn's.

There is law enforcement action everywhere, but there is a blood bath of Chinese owners who will make the calls to police just to curtail their rivals' businesses. There are also a couple of customers who are pimping for these women.

But I'm just the opposite. I wouldn't even consider going up there for a free date with TER's playmate of the month. And it's not the drive. From experience nothing good happens in 6 of the 7 cities you mentioned. I reiterate...nothing. I wouldn't hit a hotel in those 6 cities ever and LEO has been known to set up shop in "residences" up that way too. Google it! The area you mentioned is personally in my forever off limits geography. To me it's the wrong side of the tracks for very practical reasons. There may be a reason you and the rest of our buddies up yonder end up having to drive into the city or the south side. Just my opinion, and of course, my opinion is open for debate and hate speech as everyone sees fit.
Seems to me there is plenty of LE activity on the south side also bloomington gets a number of stings the north mpls it seems has some providers although nd parts are not very safe it also seems ne mpls has some solid providers but your correct not much in call besides hotels in north metro that I'm aware of there use to be slot in bc. I'm unaware of LE setting up shop in a private resident but anything can happen.I think the biggest problem is the feds have headquarters in bc.I agree with the op if someone figured it out it could be a goldmine.

It's more a case of that's where the ladies I see usually have their incalls. But there are some places on the north side I would avoid.
There are ladies in the north metro, it's just not a good idea to advertise that you are in a specific city. I prefer to keep my location vague, and list Minneapolis. Have you inquired of the providers on the discussion board about who might be available in that area?

How long during non rush hour does it take to drive from Maple Grove to Eden Prairie? 10 minutes? Not that far if you have a hard on.
On the other hand, a provider located in say Maple Grove or Mounds View, for example, is only a half hour from downtown. So that provider would get customers from the whole north side (with very little competition) and still get business from people living/working in the cities. Downtown Minneapolis and everything south of there already has a lot of providers
hmmm.... think about the people in Rochester area that need to travel 2 hours one way to meet with providers. Because Rochester area sucks for P4P. So Bloomington or south metro is good for that crowd.
Because places like St. Cloud and Duluth have better providers than Rochester.
So you can look at it both ways.
Plus getting the "fly" in clients or travelers.... around the airport is a nice thing to have.
I bet if you covered the cost of the room plus the donation you could have any provider you passed screening for waiting for you naked in a Maple Grove hotel any day of the week you wanted. She's not necessarily going to waste her day otherwise when she could be struggling to lock up her suitcase full of cash after a day's incall in a southside hotel. ;-P

I was looking into coming this week (12/16-12/19) and with enough preboooked appointments I wouldn't mind making the trip a little further north. The airport/moa area is just easier for us traveling gals. It is close to the airport with tons of choices for hotels, dining, shopping. It is very convenient. And there is a lot of foot traffic from residents and business travelers.
This being said, I would screen even more diligently if I were to stay in Brooklyn Park. Whenever I visit Minneapolis my weird like calls always seem to come from locals that just happen to have hotel rooms lol.
