Have you tried finding a provider whose reviews very clearly indicate that she does know what she's doing??  And then booking with her?  Hmm... I wonder where you could find such a lady..?  Maybe even one who is visiting this very week?  Perhaps the ad board could be of assistance?  

I've done prostate massage with mixed results. It is either loved or hated by the client! Communication is the key for best results.
With toys or with fingers, I've done both. I always use a glove.
