As many of you are aware I had a fire recently & the recovery cost were horrendous. I ran a special last month to earn the money needed & countless members were enthusiastic to jump at the opportunity to help. You boyz sure kept me busy! PHEW! I'm spent! Lol! I can't put together words that would express how much I appreciate your kindness. I am overwhelmed.
There are three people I do want to give special recognition to who went above & beyond.
The 1st gentleman sent me a $200 EGift card & when I offered a very special reward he declined & asked that I simply pay it forward to someone else in need.
The second was a provider who asked a mutual client to take $100 off his donation to her & give it to me. She insisted on being anonymous. Thank you lovely lady!
Finally, thank you to a fine, upstanding gentleman who has rallied to the rescue not only in this case but several other times of crisis & offered monetary assistance, food & personal needs items, & even took the time to visit me in the hospital once just to kiss me on the forehead & assure me everything will be ok. Asking only as did the other gent that I find a way to somehow pay it forward.
All these people are examples of just how much love & caring for others is shared among Minnesotans. I am proud to have been born & raised here & be a part of such an awesome community & I assure you your generosity will come back twofold & I will indeed pay it forward in honor of each & every one of you!
