Elizabeth,
I am making a statement about Victoria's leaving. She did not give me the courtesy after a 2 year business relationship, I have moved on from the situation, obviously you have not. Due to me still having the threatening phone message you left just a 3 short weeks ago on my cell phone #. Giving benefits, had nothing to do with it. Unfortunaltey I was a friend, not just an employer.

You had bailed on trips as well planned a trip on your own, while my offices were closed over the xmas holidays.I came back to hear from regulars to hear unnecessary childish gossip that you had caused during your solo trips. bailing on trips, with prebooked appointments and no notice regardless is not professional in any type of business.. We had a good working relationship at times, and other times were rough./

BOTTOM LINE
I wish you the best of luck with your new venture, there are no hard feelings here. That is it in a nutshell.  I am a positive person, and do not hold grudges nor look back at the past.

Regards Alison

Hi guys` this is a response from yours truly. In the past I have relied on other people for their computer skills to put my statements online, so forgive my lack of such knowledge as well as not being timely with my opinions or public responses. But this time I have stepped up and went online myself to write this as I have seen some upsetting posts about my employment status.

First I want to say I am very excited to be visiting your beautiful city.  I feel that it is time I made a public statement about starting my own agency. I would like to address the issue of my previous employer. I worked with tailors elite for two years ending my employment this past December.  Prior to working with tailors, I worked on my own for one year and a half building a stellar reputation in this hobby.  I love what I do giving an exceptional and quality experience and appreciate all the reviews earned on this board.  I decided it was time to leave taylors elite and branch out on my own.  I am partial owner of the Sensual Artist dot com as well as still active in the hobby. I am appreciative of the time I spent with taylors elite but felt it was time to go my own way. As most of you have read jill was upset that I did not give 2 weeks notice. I had every intention to do so and was advised by my business partner to extend that to them. Unfortunately when it came time to talk about my leaving tailors, jill was not obviously happy with my decision to stop working for them. At this point I did not feel comfortable working the two weeks as I felt I was going to be put in an awkward position. I agree that I did not give two weeks notice but this was a decision I firmly believe I needed to do for my protection. As you can see from the posts online, as I did, somehow me leaving caused a big stir on the boards. Originally I just wanted to move on and not address this as I felt it should have died back in December. I am disappointed in the lack of respect in my decision to move on by jill and that is the reason I wanted to post this side of the story. I do not deny I did not give my two weeks, but honestly seeing how jill has acted out against me I feel the need to post this. Hopefully this will end here and now, as I just want to continue on with my life and continue giving the service you all know me to give.

In closing I am still here and will continue to visit your towns/city’s, My agency is growing and building a strong reputation slowly and deliberately. Please understand that I would rather have kept this private between me and Jill but she has crossed a line that I need to respond to.

.

Call me naive, but I'm kind of surprised in the Hobby someone would expect two weeks notice.  Tell me, what kind of benefits was Jill providing? Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans?  Perhaps paid vacation, sick leave, and a 401K Plan with matching contributions?  How many paid holidays did you get each year?  If the answer to these questions is "No" or "None" can you really call what you had an Employer/Employee relationship?  Just my two cents.....but she should be grateful she made money from the work that you did over the period of time you were affiliated with her agency.

I'm guessing she was upset; therefore, she witheld that 2 week severance package all of her Escorts receive when they leave her company.  Am I right?
