Well simply put it isn't and body fluids are body fluids. So if you are swallowing you are putting yourself at an increased risk, if you are engaging in rimming you are increasing your risk, snowballing, camel slides, stripper slides and the list goes on. When playing you have to assess your level of risk accordingly and decide the amount of risk you are willing to take on. Frequent testing, knowing your status and limiting your risk is very important to having safe, sane, risk reduced fun.
Not doing so may limit the partners you are willing to play with. This may also limit the partners who are willing to play with you as well. When people are associated with certain acts as well as certain people they may be cast into the "no" or "high risk" category by others. This is not the 1970's when you could just get a shot and go on your Merry way and resume having fun in 10 days.

I will be standing up in defense of this ancient drink. Ale and Beere is ancient and has been enjoyed by people all over the world for centuries. Most of Our ancestors drank it and the memory and joys of it are in most of our DNA. My ancestors all enjoyed a good Hoppy Ale, and I have done lots of research of ye auld ale.
Full of goodness. Minerals and B vitamins, a beautiful local brewed Beere will give loads of energy. Carbohydrates are why it's the drink of choice for many hard working men. After a long strenuous working day, a Beere refuels and gives energy back. Or a pick me up in the middle of a work day. I personally have found Beere to be medicinal and an instant rescue remedy to migraine attacks. So I drink a Beere a day as a migraine preventive. Beere is also a salt balancer. Men with a salty diet with crave Beere because it balances their salt levels out.
If there is odor, it is not because of a good quality Beere. Many beers are terrible quality. Piss water more like. Drinking micro brews and local brews are the smart choices. A bad diet will cause odor. But good quality Beere shouldn't get the blame. I'm about to take a few classes on brewing my own Beere. And of course offering it as a beverage along with my other elixirs and unique cooking and baking.
Beere has been my medicine, an energy tonic, and the drink of my hard working ancestors, I owe it to this ancient liquid to give it my personal public blessing

Thank you, Cameo! I'm a home brewer and have one a day (average). I've never had any complaints about how my spooge tastes, but this thread made me paranoid. You mentioned local brews, well it doesn't get more local than your home, so do take up the, ahem, hobby. Failing that, come back to Portland, we've got more breweries than you've had hot dinners!
