My experience is similar. Late 50s and white and a very large percentage of my interests are coming from young AA women. While I live in a large east cost city it has a lot of college girls so not sure why this group finds me of particular interest.
Also agree about the distance issue. I met an SB who lives in a smaller city about 45 miles distant with hellacious rush hour traffic between them. Since I am attached I thought it would be best to meet in her town though she had roomies so needed a place. While I enjoyed the city and found a cool boutique hotel and she was absolutely gorgeous and a rock star in bed, the commenting just wore me out. After several visits it became a chore and being attached I have more than enough chores in my life. I have also started working the local strip club and have some POT SB situations but not certain they will go anywhere. The good looking strippers get spoiled hustling out of town dumbasses in the champagne room and even with the house taking a bit share, they think that shaking their tits should be enough.Just some observations now that I have been using SA and WYP for a while in two different West Coast cities in the US.
1. Probably 45-65% of the "views", "favorites, messages, or "winks" I get are from African American women in their mid-20's. I have had SB's from many races (of my current stable, one is Black, two others are Asian) and I appreciate them all. But I seem to get more attention from one racial segment. Anyone else see this?
2. I've learned that local (i.e.: within 15 miles) is the way to go. Spent way too many cycles trying to get to San Francisco from San Jose or to Downtown LA from the Valley (or paying $40-60 for Ubers for her or me) for meets that usually don't pan out. The problem is that the SB's profile doesn't specify their location well. I've had to make sure to call out in the initial messaging where I am and ask them if they are close. Even then I find out that her idea of living in Studio City is really Pasadena. The added logistics of SB's more than a 20 minute drive away don't justify the potential benefits. Here's a recent example: Found a recently retired porn star (not through SA and don't even THINK I'll give up her name! :P ) that told me she lives in the east San Fernando Valley. I live on the west side of the valley. She did not want to drive to me and she did not want to meet at her place (roomies). Next it turned out she actually lives 15 miles further east then she told me. I ended up booking dinner and a room somewhere in the middle and covered her Uber to and from the location - a net add of $360 for the meet up. If she had not been a former porn star - I'd have bailed. As it turns out, the BCD time is top shelf, but I can't keep up that kind of overhead (no pun intended) when there are so many 18-25'ish SB's within a 15 minute drive. Anyone else see these too-general locations as a problem?
BTW: I think in my next post I'll discuss some of my experiences with POT SB's that are currently working as strippers...
What is most annoying is that most of the white SB's who favorite me are usually from out of state or another country, even though I specify in my profile I am only interested in meeting people from the DC area.
Also agree with you on distance: The DC area is now ranked 2nd worst behind LA in traffic in the major US cities. I hate to drive on the beltway even in non-rush hours, so I avoid driving for more than 20 minutes unless the girl is really hot. I wouldn't even mind paying a girl $50 to cover her gas money if she is willing to drive from Baltimore to meet me
LA and surrounding areas are such rich hunting grounds it's just killing me. I live in the Desert Southwest and if I don't drive 50 miles all I'm going to find is prairie dogs and lizards. Nice animals but not my favorite dates. I've spent some time in LA, MDR, Oxnard, etc because of my interest in sailing. And I've had some awesome dates there, both Providers and SBs from SA. Usually the problem is narrowing the field so I can make a choice! A bit of driving seems like no problem, as long as you can keep the expenses under control.
Where do you live in town. Do you have a car? If she has car fine but otherwise 20 miles max.
