I am now 63(WTF), I noticed 7-8 years ago my erections were not what they used to be. The doc prescribed Viagra, worked so good, I now knew what it's meant by "wood"!!!! Now 8 years later....not so much! Have tried lavitra & ciallis with hit or miss. My problem is the overcoat, as soon as I put it on...it goes limp. cock rings. I got silicone ones as part of my post op prostatectomy package. Not the most aesthetic, but they actually work well. (I'm allergic to V, C, A) I sterilize after every use. If you can get half an erection, the ring will firm you up and keep you going.

Are the silicone wedding rings flexible and expandable?
Most of them are. There are many different strengths and sizes. They aren't expensive and I just bought a bunch of different ones and tried them out. I have my favorites but that preference changes day by day. Sometimes I need more help, sometimes less. Sometimes I use larger ones around my balls and cock and smaller just around my cock.
