Jefferson Airplane was one of the very best bands to come out of San Francisco back in the 60's. Paul died 01/28/16 at age 74 from complications after a bad heart attack several days earlier.
2016 is going to be a bad year for losing 60's rock legends. We are already off to a bad start.

Oh wow, just finding out about this. I don't remember hearing about it in January at all.
It must still be a very hard time for his family. Sending healing energy their way! RIP.
