Is it me or does anyone else think it is odd that a provider would post a photo flipping you off? I have noticed this in several BP ads lately and I guess it speaks to the quality of providers on the site. If I was trying to sell you on the idea of meeting with me, that is the last tactic I would consider. Thoughts?
I have seen that a lot lately and have told myself
I would not see a girl that is giving me the finger.
Along the same line of the gals who post a pic of all the money they have. That one really get s me going WTF??
I have also noticed this trend of middle fingers in photos now. Not really sure what point they are trying to get across. I have noticed trends and this may be a new one. I would feel more comfortable with the middle finger then when they hold up guns or have one in the background.
The other BP photo I notice a lot is when their pimp/manager/boyfriend/scheduler is in the mirror taking the picture.
I have noticed that very same thing in past ads.
The message I take from those kinds of pictures, is one of a provider who is a man hater,
and she is basically angry with herself over the fact that she is selling sex, and has issues, and is projecting that anger out toward the potential client.
And yes I agree with the OP, in that I do not believe that I would care to engage a provider who
is displaying these kinds of messages. Bad Business practice to say the least! LOL
... and it was actually very enjoyable! 
But I don't think that's the kind of finger-giving you meant. THAT kind of fingering I can live without, thankyouverymuch. If a provider raises one finger to me, I'd prefer it be more like this...

I skip the "I'm worth it" and the "Cheap girls aren't good and good isn't cheap" or whatever. Really hate that one.
If TER VIP and reading reviews has taught me anything, you can't trust these girls. Always exceptions but usually these ads don't go with "classy".
And a reluctant provider.
She didn't want her picture taken and gave him the finger to make it clear.
So he used that one in her ad.
That's why I will never see a provider whose pictures include that gesture.
If it appears in a selfie does it mean multiple personalities in conflict?
I wonder if it is possible for someone with that to have a situation where one personality pimps the other.
...and likely has a playful personality.

when I see that I assume it is subconscious. I think she is saying you can come and give me money but the subconscious truth is I hate you.
I don't think anyone will publicly say a thing positive about BP (besides me as it has been good and oh it's been bad over the last zillion years since it was a print only copy) so why do we re-hash it? I'm of the opinion that it's a different ad venue. I could probably come up with a dozen TER contributing providers that have or actively do advertise on BP. Soooooo whaaaaat. Don't book an appointment with a hood rat flipping you off...or better yet...do and tell us about it. That ladies and gentlemen was what this board was back in it's prime. Personally, I have put in enough time talking to BP girls that I can shoot a text and have a wonderful time at a fraction of the rate of a traveling provider. ***shudder***
