What's with all of these SBs that have apartments or rooms that aren't able to entertain? I am unfortunately chained so can't entertain unless the old lady is at work or out... Do you guys take the hotel bill out of their cut? There no cheap hotel in the DC area and the cheaper hotels are 15/20mins out of the city.... Tips on how to handle this or find decent hotels would be great... Thanks guys
They are selling their bodies. Obviously they have roomates or parents they live with. Some young people are mow opting for dormitory type living.
I have discovered that some young ladies just want a place to go eithout roomates or parents. But Im single so having a lady over is easy.

Well I know for a fact that a huge percentage of the SB's I see really are college coeds since I have picked up so many of them at the dorms. lol It's also a good way to be "reasonably" sure your SB is over 18, Yes there are "some" college coeds that are younger than 18, but not many.
I don't think my old ass could pass even for a teacher, much less a student. lol
No, I pick up a couple of SBs at the "door" of the dorm, I haven't been inside a dorm for several decades.
But when I travel, having an SB waiting for me in Vegas was great. But on the homefront, this SB didn't work. Because I could only get out during the day, then finding a hotel with a 12pm check in, trying to get a day rate, not really being able to plan this out was too stressful so I said "fuck it" in LA. It's a shame because I met some great girls....oh well.
usually they expect me to supply the venue. Check in time at most hotel/motel places is after 3pm which can be a problem sometimes and you're gonna spend some bucks renting the room. I hate this extra expense and the SBs still expect the same gift$. Some time ago I posted about a date I had which involved a $75 bar tab, a $125 hotel, and her gift which turned out to be more than I was expecting. Fun evening for sure but way more expensive than I was expecting. Which made me change my procedure such that now I always discuss $$ before I meet for that first intimate date. I don't want any more unwelcome surprises. Also, more recently, I related a story about a friend who got beat on by a jealous ex who showed up at the girl's apt in the middle of the night. The ex still had a key and let himself in! After that I have become EXTREMELY reluctant to visit a girl at her place, even if she offers it. My solution to these dilemmas is to drive my very nice RV to my Sugar Dates. Sometimes I pick up the SB and then drive to a convenient discreet spot to park, other times we agree in advance on the spot and they meet me there. And with the usual distance I need to drive to visit these women and the gas guzzling nature of the RV it costs upwards of $50 in gas to do this. But I feel it's a good solution for me. I know this is not practical for everyone, but I'm just trying to give an alternative.
Most of us have run into this same issue too. Of course it would be better to find a girl who can host rather than fork out an extra 150 on a hotel but it's just part of the game. You may find a small number of girls that are willing to have you to their place, but they are rare until you get to know them and trust is built. If you put it up front in your SA profile, you may be surprised to find a few girls will offer that when you first start messaging.
Since you are in a major metro area, try between9and5.com. I've had good luck with them for booking daytime hotel rooms. The SB donations are negotiable of course and you may be able to talk some of them down a bit by saying that you have to have some $$ left to spring for the hotel, but really the hotel is part of the cost of doing business in this game. If you are stuck in the city and can't get out to the suburbs where the hotels are cheaper, then you may find you have limited options.
I have a private office, so I host there after hours.
I would host for a long term SD arrangement, but otherwise I only offer outcall in Las Vegas.
Here's the trick for me:
I check for rooms using the HT app. Then once I find one within my budget for the day, I call the hotel (either the night before a nooner or the morning of, and ask to be connected to the front desk, not reservations, which in a lot of cases now is an off-site call center) to ask if they have rooms that I can do early check in for at noon. If they say yes, I tell them I have a rate on HT and if they can match it on the phone. If not, you book on HT, then call the hotel back.
Always works for me. Ive figured this now into my SB cost, kinda like cost of doing business. I try to stay 3.5* or higher but that's just personal preference.
Also, if you can double up (2 different SBs), schedule one for the afternoon you check in and another one in the morning before the 12:00 checkout time. Talk about leveraging an expense!
