You should look at who did the reviewing, and who else they've reviewed.  If that checks out, it may be that she took some time off (re-group, baby, etc).  You could PM the reviewers to ask for more assurance.  This assumes that you have VIP membership.  If you don't; you need it.  It's money well spent, and will save you money in the long run.

Is happy with her current client base and isn’t accepting appointments to meet new hobbyists. (*I fall into that category in several Cities*)

I’d encourage you to watch the discussion boards of her local area and see if she has been posting on a regular basis. (*Involvement with LE usually is an encouragement for providers to lay low and not post*)...…… you also can’t post if you are locked up behind bars.

Private messaging local hobbyists as well as sending an email to the reviewers that have posted a review on that specific provider, will help you get a better idea (*you can also ask if they are aware of her present situation*)...… There are also public sites, in most cities, that actually post the mug shot of Vice arrests. (*of course the woman is listed in her legal name not her screen name, but you can still look at the photos, if that is a concern*)

Most established providers will have repeat business so they don’t have as many new reviews as they gain experience...… Just my thoughts Kisses ~T
