I'be been on SA for about 1 month now and had some success with the 22-26 SB. I have received quite a few messages from the 18-20 year old girls and I've been a bit concerned about their age, normally, I enjoy meeting at a bar before anything takes place and when they are carded at the establishment it makes me feel comfortable to proceed knowing they should be of legal age. My question is this, how do you know the 18 year old you're fucking isn't actually 17? Do ask for an ID? Take her word for it? I understand the 22 year old I'm meeting could have a fake ID but at least I know I tried my best to make sure she's legal. Yes, I know the law doesn't care about my attempt to keep it legal. Yes! First, get her email or phone number and check to see if that takes you to her FB page. Lots of info there (though you are being intrusive - I just focus on pictures and if I have doubts about her age, things that will indicate that) and you can tell if she really is out of high school. Not a sure thing, but helpful.
Second, when you meet for coffee or whatever you do, you can do the eye test.
If she fails that, ask to see her idea. Let her hide the full name and address, tell her you just want to be sure she is over 18. If she objects to that, walk away.

Here's my recommendation:
First, establish in your frame of mind that you are the man and set the rules for the "arrangement".
Second, agree with yourself that you will take no chances whatsoever on questions of age.
Third, tell her gently and politely that you need age verification. There's nothing wrong with this, and everything right with this. Society has set laws and you abide by them strictly. Request to see multiple IDs (especially drivers license and passports) and a credit card in the same name. No blocked out last names or games like that. Ask other questions to corroborate the above, recognizing that it is very hard to lie consistently. Don't get caught up in the moment - verify offline if necessary.
Fourth, any doubts or reluctance on her part whatsoever, just move on and don't look back. It's just not worth the risk and there are many more like her out there. Passing those tests, enjoy! (And report back).
If that's too much work, set your screening range to 25 and above.
Whether their stated age is 18 or even 19 or 20, there's a risk you don't want to take. They understand it when I remind them that a guy can get into ruinous trouble messing with underage girls. I also flatter them a bit by saying you have the kind of lovely good looks that can easily be mistaken for under 18 so don't be surprised if you get asked to prove your age for many years to come.
Thank you! A close friend of mine owns a bar and he's always telling me there are some really good fake ID's out there. I haven't gone there with anyone I felt was questionable on age, nor will I, considering the 22 year old SB are half my age maybe I should stick with them and be very happy.
Three weeks in and loving SA, every woman I've met would score at least a 9 on TER.
