It depends on what the ladies offer. Some may only do hj, while others
may offer more. The old ymmv applies. Do your research.
Or better yet do back to back 1/2hr sessions.
But what happens happens in only half an hour.

I recall one board poster was fond of saying that he could hardly untie his shoes and remove them in 15 minutes let alone have a meaningful relationship in such a short time.
Assuming you're not asking about the common Latin meanings, of which there are a couple, I'd go with "quick visit".

Not exactly.
It means whatever she may be comfortable with in that amount of time.
Personall, I dislike doing half hours from experimenting with them because that's not enough time for me to show anyone my greatness as a provider.

I was happy to move on. Which I did and will continue to do so. But you asked a question directly to me and I answered. You brought it up.
