This post is prompted by the one below about CBJ vs. BBBJ; rather than bury it in that thread I am starting a new one because it elaborates on the topic.
I discovered TER 12 years ago and immediately began paying to be a VIP. (I did not post reviews until several years later.)
I have received BBBJ's from about 90% of the 60+ ladies I have visited, including several in Tijuana. Having been tested 1-2 times per year, the results have always been negative.
If I had a spouse or SO then I would probably ask for CBJ only.
FYI: based on my extensive searching of TER profiles over the past 12 years (and personal experience), it seems that almost all experienced women over the age of 30-35 provide BBBJ and of those perhaps 30% or more provide CIM. I have talked with several providers who swallow and they have told me that they are tested regularly and have had only negative results.
Paying for VIP allows me to search on the features that are most important to this AARP member:
1) BBBJ,
2) spits or swallows,
3) no implants

Do you think they would say "The risk is low if you have oral sex with those who are careful and regularly tested......but don't quote us on that"?
A lot of people die crossing streets and driving cars. I have done both of those things many times, but I am still alive. Why? Because I am careful.

and my experience corroborates yours. My wife is very supportive of our polyamorous lifestyle so no hiding of my hobbying is needed. But our agreement is to not bring home any diseases. That said, you gotta make choices. For us it is condoms always, BBBJ use your discretion. Neither of us has picked up any germs so far.
