The nub seems to be that by allowing fornication (Don't you just love that word?) other laws could get nullified but they don't say which.  Prostitution could be one.

Some months ago a legal eagle noted that the Constitution protects any commercial activity that is otherwise legal if conducted in a non-commercial way.  In other words, if it's legal to schtup someone for free, it should be legal to schtup for pay.  Some day this argument might be what is needed to get P4P legal.

While the article is coy on what they have in mind, I can't help but think P4P is the main concern.
