Some months ago a legal eagle noted that the Constitution protects any commercial activity that is otherwise legal if conducted in a non-commercial way. In other words, if it's legal to schtup someone for free, it should be legal to schtup for pay. Some day this argument might be what is needed to get P4P legal.
