I was recently seeing a provider at a hotel in a southern suburb and after tossing a used jacket in the trash and then getting out of the shower, I noticed that the jacket was missing from the trash. Before questioning this provider I decided to do some snooping. Under the sink behind some towels I discovered a small lunch cooler hidden awY. Once I opened it I saw a total of 3 used condoms that had been packed in separate freezer packs. After mentioning that I found some other girls belongings, the provider did not care. My question is what are they doing with our cum? I know flush my jacket and will be avoiding any drama but donkt want a call for

She didn't want to talk about it. I didn't know if she was trying to hide something or just embarrassed that I found two other men's loads that had been dumped in her and I found the evidence.
I can almost be sure that she wasn't planning on on using the fresh semen to get herself preggers. Now whether or not she was reselling it to someone else is s different story

Very true. I knew someone that worked in a sewage treatment plant. He verrified that condoms (as well as some other items), do not disapear. Somewhere in the system they will need to be removed.
Flushing a condom down a toilet is not a problem, the 3" or 4" drain piping is made to handle far bigger loads & the acidity of sewage will quickly deteriorate a latex condom.
And I've had a few people tell me of their personal experiences with plumbing problems traced to condoms flushed down the toilet.
...the system. Condoms do not disintegrate in the sewage system; they fuck it up and have to be manually removed. Even flushable moist wipes have been shown to not break down well after being flushed. If your home has a septic system, it's even worse. Back in the day, when I lived with other guys in a rental house, we had the septic system fail and flood the drain field because it was found that too many flushed condoms were clogging the system.
So the moral of the story is: Don't flush condoms unless the Police are knocking on the door. It's bad for the environment and fucks up the sewage system. Wrap your condoms in TP and throw them in the waste bin by the elevator and there won't be any worries.
What you flush after sitting on a toilet is far more difficult for drain piping to handle than a 1/32nd ounce piece of latex, the condom individual packaging (often plastic coated foil) is far more challenging to dispose of.

How would a provider explain that? I used to stuff them into a Styrofoam coffee cup and sneak them out, tossing them in a garbage away from the hotel.

hidden, some folks are just rude and will snoop through your stuff. Never leave your belongings unattended for more than a few seconds. I guess the same goes for hobbyists too. It only takes a minute for items to disappear or your identity compromised
She is clearly saving it for future forensic analysis. She will obtain and sequence your DNA and will later use this for blackmail purposes. Also, if she obtains gametes from a particularly high quality specimen the genetic information can be sold for a handsome price on the black market.

She was probably just keeping them in there to throw away later. It is not a good idea to toss multiple used condoms in a wastebasket. Maids empty these, and can and will get suspicious if someone is constantly throwing away used covers. As others have mentioned, flushing them is not good for the plumbing (not that I've met many people who seemed to care about the plumbing.) That leaves the lady with one option-- to toss them somewhere outside of the room unobtrusively. I like the coffee cup idea, that's one I've never heard before.
It is a little weird that she put them in a freezer, which makes me doubt the veracity of this story, but whatever. Somehow I don't think she was saving and freezing anyone's sperm to stick in a turkey baster later. Anyway, what are you doing going through her things? Would you be okay with her going through your wallet while you're not looking? I hope this story is fake.
I have had a woman rifle through my wallet when I jumped in the shower to rinse before I left. How did I know she rifled through my wallet? a 20 was missing when I took it out to pay for dinner.
I ALWAYS keep a 20 as 'emergency' cash in one of the extra pockets of the wallet. It was there when I got to her place, and gone after I took a shower. Lesson learned for me, bring only the envelope, and spare car key (to be kept neatly tucked away in pants pocket at all times within constant full view
That is totally unacceptable behavior on her part... Yes, lesson learned. It is a sad but true thing that both providers and clients must protect their belongings from those who snoop and those who steal. I really believe that 99% of people won't do anything bad, but who wants to take the 1% chance of losing their things or having their privacy invaded?
I am never offended when someone wants to keep their stuff within plain sight, because it leaves less room for me to be accused of something that I would never do. I mean, that has never happened, but I can only imagine how awful that kind of potential scenario would be for both parties involved. And of course, since I protect my things I would expect hobbyists to do the same. 
As a client always keep your clothes with you. Doesn't matter who she is, how well reviewed she is, how many times you've seen her. It keeps both of you from concern and there should be no issue. If you are going to hop in the shower take your shit with you and take a quick shower and go home. If you leave your shit unattended...either client or provider...assume it was looked at, rifled though, and stolen from. Let's be adults here. BTW...you should let everyone know in your own way who you are talking about. It helps us all out...client and provider.
the LE talks to the hotels and asks if they see "suspicious behavior" like multiple 60 minuet meetings. They will come into the room, photograph all of the trash cans and look for condom wrappers etc.. If she left the wrapper in the trash can they can bust you with or with out any admission. DNA in the trash is as good as caught in the act. you can not deny what occurred. You can claim it was consensual and not for $ but the cameras showing more than one visitor and dna equals a trip to the poky.
If it does not go down the toilet then make damn sure that it is not there when the maid comes in.
Sex is NOT against the law, even sex with a known hooker is not against the law, paying for sex, or being paid for sex IS against the law.
Where the hell did you read this idiocy? I would love to see a news story where a hooker or a john was actually busted this way.
I doubt LE is going to be collecting and analyzing DNA for a simple prostitution bust. And if they don't know who you are, how are they going to get a sample to compare against? Even if they do you who you are, I'm pretty sure they have to get a court order to compel you to give up a sample. And even then all you have is evidence two people had sex.
Gentleman if possible please reserve the room at the hotel. I have done this several times and had nothing but exceptional experiences. Enjoy your time and you leave together or the lady leaves. This is really no different than a married couple meeting for fun or lovers meeting, etc. Just my opinion.
Many do not and some ladies don't like outcall or charge more for it.
I can appreciate being concerned by this. But seems to be a simple matter to collect the evidence and dump in a common garbage can somewhere in the hotel or outside it.

1. If the provider has a "scheduler" or "pimp" and they want to know how many pops and if they charger per pop. Those two might want to make sure they are getting paid
2. The disposal like everyone else has mentioned about hotel staff, toilet clogging, etc
I think the second is more accurate than the first.
And nobody should out the provider because this shouldn't be an issue in my opinion.
The are protecting their identity and keeping locations off the radar.
