Let's see, you handicap NBA totals*, so I assume you know the difference between median (50th %tile) and mean (average). I think that number is a little low, and certainly low for what I desire.
So, I'm a little curious as to your methodology. Do enlighten me .
*Number 6 did very well handicapping NBA totals through the mid 90s. Roxy, who once told me he "had 1% on God" made a fundamental error in setting the line for totals. Can the handicappers figure out what that error might have been? Inbox me if you think you know the answer.

Sorry about the original response, I was in a hurry and failed to follow up. I'm not doubting you judgment, I think we are using different factors. I didn't indend it as a flame.
Yes I know the difference between average and median.
I rounded it down. It was something I calculated a couple of years back - $335.
I was also factoring in Ads from classifieds such as City Life, Eros, Yahoo Groups, Bar Girls, and providers who travel to Vegas.
With the exception of Eros, most have 250-300 hourly rates.
If you are just factoring in Vegas Girls from the Internet (not visiting), my guess is that the median is $375. There are many providers that advertise $350/hr.
What I did not factor in Porn Stars. That would skew the results .
We're cool. Yes, I was just taking the Net girls into consideration, since they are the most likely to receive a punter's attention. But, you're right, take the print ads, don't count the agencies (except the Maids), and I'd agree with all those numbers.

Since my RFB situation got blown up tonight at a major Strip resort. It's a long story, nothing really bad happened, but it's something best not to be discussed in a public fora. Let's just say I found the Suns-Spurs total at 179
