Far to many people in this business simply cannot think that far ahead. I, for the most part, stopped even trying this. To many failures. I plan one day in advance at most. I ALWAYS have at least one back up. You are fighting the system and losing. This is going to be magnified with agency providers. (of course not all, and certainly not all indy providers) The agency can only guess a few days in advance if a lady is going to be working. They look at your email and just ignore it for now. They can't address it. They don't know. They don't want to tell you that, because you might go elsewhere. Even if they do know they aren't going to tell you in advance. They hope you select someone else. You seem very well organized but you fail to have a back up plan. How is that? If you had a backup plan, a list with ladies you'd be interested in seeing, you can then go down the list if you are disappointed. I'm not suggesting settling for someone you absolutely don't want to see, but if you fixate to much on one particular provider, you will have disappointments though glancing at your reviews, the quality of the ladies you select... let's just say, there are far better out there, but that costs money. Maybe more then you are willing to spend.. Invest in your pleasure. Have a better plan. See better providers...So right ow I'm sitting in the West suburbs again, with a couple of hours to kill. Guess I'll go have coffee and relax.
I'm the kind of gentleman that when I make an online or email request, it's usually several days, or sometimes a week in advance. With this one particular agency, (No, I'm not going to "out" them... yet) I hear nothing from them until the day-of appointment, and it's often "She's not available on such-and-such days" or "Can you do later in the day" or some other response which seem to indicate a genuine lack of organization and/or respect for their clients.
So right ow I'm sitting in the West suburbs again, with a couple of hours to kill. Guess I'll go have coffee and relax.
Time to switch to the dozens of lovely indy providers Chicago has to offer 
I don't believe "flaking" is a function of being independent or with an agency.
In the past six weeks, I've had two independents flake out very late in the game and one independent not even respond to a request for a two hour appointment that included screening information and multiple day/time options.
Some people are just flakes.
If the idea is to convey that a single agency has done this not once...but three times in recent memory, I think other hobbyists would like to know, since the agency is not concerned with good customer service and clearly has no interest in client retention. Screw them, there's other agencies and independents who might actually care about your (and our) business. I also realize that "outing" the agency may place you in poor stead, but who cares? The agency doesn't seem too concerned how it treats you.
Why not post an ISO... If you look at the boards there are plenty if ladies that respond to them!!
Also I recommend Indys, they appreciate that several day appointment request!!!
I'd been with an agency back in 2014 and I have been independent since I went independent back in mid 2014 and I'll take managing my own business to having part of my money taken any day of the week. I am not a flake when it comes to my business, I am really organized, computer savvy (check my website), have great verified client regulars and love what I do! I am a GFE that allows passionate DFK with the client. I do give references to other providers. I believe there is enough business for all of us. I don't see the purpose in Agencies but I am sure there are good ones out there. I just had a bad one.

I typically only see hot Asian gals these days... with the exception of the odd time I have the taste for something different, which isn't too often lately. Only ever had literally one flake on me and leave me twiddling my thumbs. The day that happened I called another hot ass Asian gal that was only six blocks away from the first and was naked in the shower with her 30 minutes after the first one flaked.

Awww, poor guy!!! I think it's time you look into independent providers. You'll most likely will have less disappointment and more joy!
Sometimes girls are on the schedule to work and they flake on us and the client. What we do then is give the client a discount. One time it happened three times and we let a girl go because of it and gave the client a free appointment.
I do not believe in agency vs. indy but at this juncture in your journey, it's time to go Indy. I'll see you mid-April.
Like London James, I don't like the indy vs agency dichotomy, but I will say given what has ocurred, I encourage you to try indie and see how I'll have you smiling brighter than Van Gogh's sunflowers.
Unless I'm missing something, it sounds like you never really had a confirmed appointment. You sent the request and never heard back. If you assumed it was all set up, that's on you. I don't think this is a flake situation. A true flake would be when everything's all confirmed, and then you hear nothing the day of the appointment.
