Only Kimmy Kay had 4 cancellations last Friday
So I consider myself entitled to say : 6 cancellations in one day as well as 15 min cancellation before the scheduled time, which was 11am is too much to handle. Case closed

well, guys hate it when it happens to them too. i was checking out the vegas boards and came across this poor guy's story yesterday. there was no mention of a "cancellation fee". click the link below
I had it happen this morning and yes, it is irritating. And when it is last minute, it is difficult to get someone else to take that spot because no one is necessarily in the area at that time frame. Many providers do charge cancellation fees but I don't but I am thinking of starting that.

I always reimburse our clients out of my pocket when we cancel and it's not even my fault.

I am so sorry to hear of your troubles, hun. That is ridiculous. I am independent and do my own screening process thru my website as well as background searches. One week there was one potential client that has three assaults on his record that I said no to. I'm willing to help anyone set themselves up as Independents and get their computer skills up so they can handle searches/verifying on gentlemen and protecting themselves. We need to help each other stay safe.
Very sorry to hear this Sandra, haven't used your service in a few years (slowly getting back into the game) but you were always great to work with. Expect to hear from me next month...and trust me I will not cancel!
Sandra, You are always the best when it comes to scheduling and anyone that cancelled on Kimmy made a bad decision!
In all fairness to those who cancelled you missed out big time. Sandra's ladies are exceptional and it is your loss.
