On updating provider rates

This follows from the BIG discussion on the National board.  Please note that I'm talking about basic rates only, not one time specials, deals for regulars, etc, etc.

Staff mentioned in this discussion that this can be done by filing a problem report.  I had 2 reactions to this:
1) That'll work
2) Duh, I never thought of that.

I suspect I'm not alone with either thought.  So my suggestion is simply to slightly reword the quoted text from the VIP info page and paste it in as a new item on the Guidelines for Submitting Reviews page.  Might not publicize the 2 extra VIP days if it's part of the review submittal.

I'm just trying to find something that'll work while minimizing the trouble involved with implementing it.
