Provider Delisted

Does anyone have the definitive answer on how a provider is delisted?  I had gone to a provider (through an agency) who had several great reviews (they were all correct!) and saw that she was getting reviews for a couple of months afterward, then ZAP, she dropped off of TER.  I called the agency and they said she was still there (I couldn't drop by at the time) but, still, she was never listed anymore.  The same agency carries the names of providers who haven't had a review in two years but still dropped this lady who had been reviewed less than a month before.  Just wondering what the rules were.

The main reasons providers are delisted is privacy!  As valuable a tool reviews can be, some ladies simply don't want them, or their personal circumstances can't allow for them.  A successful real career, family concerns, child custody matters, retirement from the hobby, etc, all cause many great providers to want to keep a low profile and request that TER no longer list their reviews.

Any member of TER, including providers, V.I.P.s and regular members can be BANNED and DELISTED for blatant disregard of TER's rules. That said, most delisting is voluntary.
