Chicago is a challenge for provider and client alike, and the answer is to
see providers who can be verified (reviewed, etc), and to join a reputable
client verification service such as Preferred411 or Room Service 2000.
I read something recently about some arrests of girls (in Denver maybe, definitely not Chicago) listed on P411 and BP. Best I could figure out was that they compared some BP phone numbers with P411 numbers to find girls who are real pros and not the scammers on BP who take your money and give you basically nothing in return.
IOW they ignore the girls who are truly ripping off men to get the girls who are providing what their customers are paying for.
What a f****d up world.
